Allow theme selection for saved channels

Description

Since there is not a way of disabling notifications by protocol, it would be great if the option to select a theme when right clicking a saved channel in the buddy list as it currently does with buddies.

Guifications becomes annoying and useless quickly on busy IRC channels.
